You can access your online control panel by click on the Log In link on the top right of every page on the website. The actual log in link is:
Customer Log In
To access your control panel, you will need your username and password. The username is your Connexin phone number and you can find your password in the welcome email that we sent to you on signing up.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the Forgotten your password link and a reminder email will be sent to the registered email address. This is one of the reaons why you should keep your details up to date.
Once you have logged in, you should be able to see the following welcome screen.
This screen shows information about your account such as the current balance. If you have just topped up £10 online, you will see -£10 next to the balance. As you use the service, this balance will adjust to let you know how much credit is left. Our billing is real time, so you can log in at anytime to see an up to the minute balance!
On the left hand side of the screen, you will see links to update and customise your Connexin account. You can setup your Call Forwarding, Voicemail to Email here and see your call history with just a few clicks.
This screen allows you to change and update your contact details. It is recommended that you keep your details up to date as we will use these details to contact you in regards to your account.
