Why do we ask you to reset your Router?
Factory resetting your router can help with a wide range of issues, however we recommend this as a last resort.
Sometimes if we think there's an issue with your wireless signal at home we'll ask you to perform a reset of your router.
How to reset your Router
To do this, carefully use a pin or paperclip to hold down the “reset” button in the back of the router for around 30 seconds. Continue to hold this until the lights on the router all flash.
It is possible that it can take up to two minutes, for the lights on the router to come back on. Once you see a solid WAN light then you can log back into the router.
Once this has been done the router has successfully been reset. You should now be able to connect to the router using the id and password stated on your router.
To reconfigure the router please refer to the setup guide.
