If you are a customer with our Connexin Essentials broadband package you will have a 100Gb data limit each month. To help you manage your data usage effectively here's a few things worth knowing.
When does my data reset?
If you are on a data-limited package, your usage will reset on the 1st of every month. For example, if you have 10Gb left on the 31st January, this will reset back to 100Gb the next day on the 1st February.
Can I check how much usage I have left?
Yes, to check your usage login to MyConnexin via the button below. Once you are logged in you should see your remaining usage on the dashboard.
Can I purchase more data if I'm running out?
Yes! If you'd like to purchase more data you can do so via the MyConnexin Portal.
Simply login, select "My Package" and select "Purchase Data" to buy extra data for that month or "Purchase Add-Ons" to purchase an unlimited usage add-on to your package.
This is then added to your next monthly invoice.
