Using MyConnexin
The first way you can pay or bill or check your balance is through the MyConnexin portal - my.connexin.co.uk.
Here you can access your account details, manage your package and add-ons as well as review and pay historic or outstanding invoices.
Need to Register?
If you haven't already registered you can do so by clicking the button below and following the instructions that will appear in the live chat in the bottom right corner.
You just need the email and phone number associated with your account to get started.
Making a payment on MyConnexin
Once you are registered and logged in you should see a box on the dashboard called "Billing".
Here you will have a link to pay your bill in the top right corner as shown below.

Once you click this you will be taken to our secure payment screen where you can enter your card details to pay your outstanding balance.

Review your invoices on MyConnexin
To review your invoices on MyConnexin, select Billing from the top menu as shown below.

From here you will be able to view and download all the invoices associated with your account including those that are paid and outstanding.

You can also use the search bar to find specific invoices should you need to.
Using our online payment app
Another way in which you can check if you have an outstanding balance on your account is using our online payment app.
First, click on the chat button in the bottom right corner, if you are already speaking a member of the team, press the back button in the chat. This should take you to a view that looks like this:

To start the process of paying your bill click the "Pay my bill" button at the bottom on the chat window.
Verification
Once you've done this you'll then get a verification message like the one below. Please enter either the mobile number or email associated with the account.

You'll then get sent a verification code (either to your email or mobile, depending on which you used) to enter into the app to confirm verification.
Once done the app will tell you whether:
-
You have any outstanding balances on your account that are due payment
-
You already have a direct debit setup for payments (and that don't need to pay manually)
If you have any outstanding balances you will be directed to our secure payment portal where you can enter card details to make an online payment.
