If you're currently in a fixed-term contract, you'll need to pay off the remaining balance of your contract before switching to a lower package. This means you’ll be starting a new contract with the downgraded speeds.
If you're on a 30-day rolling contract, it's a bit simpler. We can move you to a lower package, and you’ll get a pro-rata bill for the change. You’ll also start a new contract with the new speeds.
