Moving house? Let us know as soon as you can so we can get things sorted. If you're not in a contract with us, we need about a month's notice to cancel any of our services.
If you're still in a contract, provide us with your new address, and we'll check if Connexin Broadband is available there. If it is, we'll set up a new order for services at your new place, aiming for a go-live date around your moving day to keep everything running smoothly. Don't forget to take your router with you!
If we can't provide service at your new address but you’re still in contract, we'll handle it as a standard 30-day cancellation without any Early Termination fees.
