If you’re switching broadband providers (no hard feelings), you might need a few details from us - especially if you're using One Touch Switch to make the move. It’s designed to make switching simpler, but you may be asked for some extra info to get things rolling.
Here’s how to find your Account Number and Subscription ID.
Check your last invoice
Your invoice is your best friend here. We send one each month to the billing contact’s email address on your account. So, have a dig through your inbox - it’ll be there.

Account number: This is under the ‘Billed to’ header on the left-hand side. You'll find it in front of the bill payers name. It's typically five digits long, nice and simple.

Subscription ID: Over on the right, under the ‘Subscription’ section. It'll be a mix of letters and numbers.
