Want to cancel your installation and order? We’re sorry to see you go, but no worries, we’ve got you covered. Just give our Service Delivery Team a shout at least 3 business days before your scheduled installation date.
All of our packages come with a 14-day cooling-off period, starting from the day after you receive your order confirmation email. If you cancel within this time, there won’t be any termination fees for Connexin Fibre services. However, if we've already completed the installation, we'll need to arrange a visit to remove the equipment.
For orders with our Partner Fibre services (KCOM/OFNL), a router will have been sent to you via DPD within 48 hours of placing the order. You’ll need to send this back to us before we can process the cancellation.
Keep in mind, you might have to cover the costs of any services you’ve used up to the cancellation date. This could include service use, installation fees, router equipment, and any activation fees charged by our partners. If you decide to cancel after the cooling-off period, you might be on the hook for full termination fees.
