That’s where One Touch Switch comes in.

It’s a new industry-wide process that makes switching broadband smoother, quicker, and a lot less hassle for you.

So, what is One Touch Switch?

One Touch Switch (or OTS for short) is a new switching process set up by Ofcom. It’s designed to make it easier for home broadband customers to switch between providers.

You only need to deal with one provider: the one you’re moving to. We handle the rest behind the scenes, alongside some super clever techy platforms.

How does One Touch Switch work?

1. You sign up with Connexin. Nice and easy.
2. We tell your current provider you’re switching. No awkward calls or emails from you. We do it automatically.
3. You agree your switch date. Your old broadband ends on the same day your new Connexin connection starts. No overlap. No downtime.
4. We get you connected. You sit back, we’ll sort the rest.

Why is One-Touch Switch better?

Is One Touch Switch available to everyone?

It’s rolling out across all providers – most are on board already, and it’s becoming the new standard. If your current provider is part of the One Touch Switch scheme (and most big ones are), you’re good to go. At the moment, One Touch Switch is only available for our home broadband customers.
