If you already use Webex (maybe with another business or personal use), you won’t be able to use that same account with Horizon Webex.
To use Horizon Webex (the version that's fully integrated with your company phone system and number), you must create a new account by clicking the link in your ‘Welcome to Horizon Webex’ email. Accounts can’t be merged, so you’ll need a clean slate to get started.
If your email address is already linked to an existing Webex account, you have two options:
Option 1: Use a different email address
If you’ve got access to another work email that’s not tied to a Webex account, let us know. We can update your details and send a fresh welcome email to that address.
Option 2: Delete your existing Webex account
Prefer to stick with the same email? You’ll need to delete your current Webex account before Horizon Webex can register it.
Here’s how:

Head to the Webex User Hub

Sign in with the email address you want to use (the one linked to Gamma)

Enter your password, or hit "Forgot password" to reset it

Once you're in, go to Profile

Scroll down and click Delete my Account

Confirm by clicking Delete My Account
Once that’s done:

Go back to your original Welcome to Webex email and click the link again
This time, it’ll let you create your Horizon Webex account with no hiccups.
