1. Online promotional terms

1.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to new or renewing residential customers who are not currently in contract and sign up to a relevant Connexin Residential Broadband (MS3 Network) package online at www.connexin.co.uk from 24th August 2026.

1.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any of the following Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time. Connexin can withdraw special offers from www.connexin.co.uk at any time.

1.3 This offer is available online only. Orders placed by telephone, telesales or through an in-person sales representative are covered by the separate promotional terms set out elsewhere in this document.

1.4 If you sign up online for any Connexin Residential Broadband (MS3 Network) package during this period, the following promotion(s) will be applied. The monthly price is not fixed for the contract term — it will increase on the dates shown:

24-Month Contracts:

1.4.1 Premium Fibre 1000 (1000 Mbps download, 1000 Mbps upload) £25.00 per month for 24 months, rising to £28.00 on 1st April 2027 and to £31.00 on 1st April 2028. Upon contract expiration, the standard rate of £40.00 will apply unless you choose to renew under alternative offers available at that time.

1.4.2 Pro Fibre 2500 (2500 Mbps download, 2500 Mbps upload) £34.99 per month for 24 months, rising to £37.99 on 1st April 2027 and to £40.99 on 1st April 2028. Upon contract expiration, the standard rate of £49.99 will apply unless you choose to renew under alternative offers available at that time.

12-Month Contracts:

1.4.3 Premium Fibre 1000 (1000 Mbps download, 1000 Mbps upload) £29.99 per month for 12 months, rising to £32.99 on 1st April 2027 and to £35.99 on 1st April 2028. Upon contract expiration, the standard rate of £44.99 will apply unless you choose to renew under alternative offers available at that time.

1.4.4 Pro Fibre 2500 (2500 Mbps download, 2500 Mbps upload) £40.00 per month for 12 months, rising to £43.00 on 1st April 2027 and to £46.00 on 1st April 2028. Upon contract expiration, the standard rate of £55.00 will apply unless you choose to renew under alternative offers available at that time.

1.4.5 There are no changes to any other standard prices in our standard Price Book unless stated otherwise within these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

1.4.6 All prices set out in these Promotional Terms and Conditions include VAT.

1.4.7 Our Standard Terms & Conditions for Connexin Fibre Products will apply when taking out this promotional offer.

1.4.8 Any additional charges such as missed appointment fees, additional labour or extra equipment detailed in our Price Book will still apply.

1.4.9 All offers are subject to eligibility and location. Eligibility can be checked via our website.

1.4.10 Installation and router delivery are included at no charge on all online offers.

2. Telephone promotional terms

2.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to new or renewing residential customers who are not currently in contract and sign up to a relevant Connexin Residential Broadband (MS3 Network) package by telephone from 24th August 2026.

2.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any of the following Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time.

2.3 This offer is available by telephone only. Orders placed online at www.connexin.co.uk are covered by the promotional terms set out in section 1 above.

2.4 If you sign up by telephone for any Connexin Residential Broadband (MS3 Network) package during this period, the following promotion(s) will be applied.

24-Month Contracts:

2.4.1 Premium Fibre 1000 — £29.99 per month for 24 months. This price will remain fixed throughout the contract's lifetime. Upon contract expiration, the standard rate of £54.99 will apply unless you choose to renew under alternative offers available at that time.

2.4.2 Pro Fibre 2500 — £39.99 per month for 24 months. This price will remain fixed throughout the contract's lifetime. Upon contract expiration, the standard rate of £69.99 will apply unless you choose to renew under alternative offers available at that time.

2.5 There are no changes to any other standard prices in our standard Price Book unless stated otherwise within these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

2.6 All prices set out in these Promotional Terms and Conditions include VAT.

2.7 Our Standard Terms & Conditions for Connexin Fibre Products will apply when taking out
