We have e-mailed you an invitation to the customer portal. This will be sent to the e-mail address of the account holder. If you haven't received one you can log in to the customer portal here: portal.connexin.co.uk/
Once you are on the login page, simply enter your e-mail address and click "Forgot Password."
To add a new payment method, simply login to the customer portal here: portal.connexin.co.uk/
Once logged in please use the navigation on the left and drop down the Bill Summary menu.
From there click the Payment Methods option.
From this view, you can see all of your current payment methods.
To continue adding a new payment method select Add Payment Method
Complete the details and hit submit.
If you have multiple payment methods, you can then remove your old details by clicking the bin icon to the right of your payment method.
