Missed your bill? We’re here to help you get back on track.
To prevent any missed payments, make sure you've got a valid direct debit or card on file. You can easily check this on the Connexin portal.
If a payment is missed, we’ll notify you on the same day. We'll include a link to the customer portal in our communications so you can make a manual payment and get your account up to date.
We'll keep trying to take the payment for up to 7 days after the missed bill. Just remember, direct debits can take up to 5 working days to clear, while standing orders or card payments clear on the same day if funds are available.
If we can't collect the payment after these attempts, your services will be suspended until we receive the payment.
