As the administrator once you have created users you are then able to edit them by clicking on “Modify User” under the User Management section.
The edit screen has the same screens as you completed under “Add a new user” along with Call setup and call barring. Please refer to the specific sections for details on these tabs.
You may choose to use these sections to edit a user’s device that they are attached to, or change a DDI that they own and present.
How do I set a user’s Call Barring
As an administrator you have the ability when editing a user to adjust call barring options which would override the site call plan. You can select these settings for when a user is making or transferring/diverting a call.
In order to make the changes you simply need to click on the “On” and “Off” buttons to allow the override and adjust the proposed plan.
