Wireless Customer Upgrade Programme:
Which customers qualify for this free upgrade?
Currently, we’re focused on upgrading our existing Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) customers onto our new, Hyperfast Fibre network. These upgrades will be free of charge as a thank you for the long-term loyalty and custom. If you’re eligible for the upgrade, we will reach out to you directly via email in the first instance and a phone call if you haven’t responded to our emails.

The following eligibility criteria will also be applied to customers in the FWA category:
- You are an active, fee paying customer with live subscription with us (e.g. You are not in the process of cancellation)
- Connexin’s Fibre network is available at your address (You can check your postcode here: https://www.connexin.co.uk/)
- You pay your bill on a monthly basis.
- The upload speed on your subscription is less than or equal to the download speed.
- Your subscription with us doesn’t include a static IP address. If it does, we will be reaching out to you separately, there is nothing you need to do.
