How long will I have to book my upgrade my appointment?
To make it as easy as possible for you, our emails to you will contain a booking link to schedule an engineering appointment when it’s convenient for you. If we don’t get a response by the third email attempt, a member of our team will give you a phone call to book your slot.
We want to ensure you have a seamless transition between services, so we urge you to book your appointment using the email link as soon as possible.
If we still have no response after numerous contact attempts, we will send a final months notice informing you that your service is being discontinued.
