Why are you discontinuing my current service?
We pride ourselves in making continuous improvement to our networks and products, so that we can provide better service to all of our customers. As part of this improvement programme, we will be decommissioning some of our older equipment and we’re currently focused on switching off our legacy Fixed Wireless Access network across Hull & East Yorkshire.
In recent years, we have invested in building new, future-proof Fibre infrastructure that provides a range of new benefits as well as a significant improvement in customer experience and reliability. We’ll be upgrading our Wireless customers onto the Fibre network free of charge, as a thank you for the long-term loyalty and custom
